Also known to lower blood sugar, cholesterol, and inflamation. Put half a bunch in a half gallon jar or heat proof pitcher. Fill the container with hot water and cover. Let tea steep for at least 10 minutes. I like to let it steep until the water has cooled and put it in the fridge for iced tea. You can add honey while the tea is brewing if you like it sweetened.
